on the news this morning, i saw that the president was meeting with israel and palestine to make peace between them. maybe this whole thing will come to an end soon!

why are israel and palestine still fighting after all these years? why cant they just split the country fifty-fifty and call it done? i think thats how it should go down, instead of them fighting and killing and doing all this crazy stuff

Yes, the land originally belonged to Israel. But then every single Jew left. That left the country up and open for grabs. Palestine decided to take it. So they did, and then the Israelis came back and demanded their country back. Palestine rightfully and legally owns that country now
