The Israelites not only have the land and was given to them, they went into war with palestine and beat them. It is like if say we took over Canada and they came crying to us and said if they could have their land which is really ours now and get mad when we say no. Israel won the war fair and square and now the palestines have to deal with it. They lost, therefore Israel won. They did still keep some for palestine. they should not be complaining.

I complete disagree with you Ben because the Palestinians brought this to themselves by starting the violence and conflict with Israel after Israel has attempted negotiations with them.

I would agree. The Israelis have been constantly critized before this event and have been tortured brutally in world war 2. The U.N. decided that the land would be given to the Israelites and that was final because it never really was palestine. The nazis took them out of THEIR COUNTRY but that does not mean that it is now palestine, it is almost like if you were to go on vacation(granted being taken to concentration camps would not be considered a vacation to most people) and you came back and your house was occupied by your neighbors. Would you want them to leave? I sure would.

I believe that the Israelis have the full right to Israel and its land because they have been living there continuously for 3000 years and the land was still rightfully theirs during WW2. Israelis did not take all of the land though buy still let some areas be palestinian. After all, the palestinian people started the violence in the Israel area. The Israelis did not want violence and war but apparently palestine did. After all of this conflict, Israel wanted to take control of the Gaza Strip and West Bank with a negotiation of a 30 billion dollar refugee plan for the palestinians. Palestine leader Yasser Arafat did not make any counter offers and he immediately planned Al-Aqsa Intifada. Plus, palestine choose to support the Nazis in world war 2, the Nazis who tortured and brutally killed Jewish people whereas 3/4 of Israel people are jewish. If this land was not turned into Israel, would it be another Afghanistan because arab military forces have done military strikes and did not care or consider the safety of civilians whereas Israel considers civilian safety and only strikes if no civilians are harmed. Israel has also banned terrorism, human shields and torture;which was never banned in palestine.
